Refund policy

Our first priority is for you to feel comfortable when ordering the products you genuinely want to purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us as soon as possible.

Return Period

If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us through our contact channels. We will assess the situation and verify the condition of all items. If we cannot identify the stated reason for the return, or if the item is not eligible for a refund as described above, we will send the item back to you without issuing a refund.

If an order is cancelled or a specific product is returned in accordance with the terms and conditions stated above, we can issue a refund only after the returned products have been received through the shipping company, within a maximum of 10 business days.

If a product has a problem such as leakage or damage, we will replace it with another product of the same type within 48 to 72 hours.

If you are dissatisfied with an item or change your mind after delivery, you may return it to us and receive a refund within 24 hours of receiving the order. A return fee of SAR 35 will be deducted. The following are excluded:

  • Sale items, items purchased using a discount code, or products clearly identified as non-returnable in the product description or on any accompanying product label.
  • Wholesale orders or orders of more than 10 units.
  • Medicines of all kinds, dietary supplements, organic foods, baby diapers, food products, makeup products, contact lenses, perfumes, cosmetics, creams, and diapers of all kinds, even if they are in their original condition, due to their sensitive nature and to ensure your safety.
  • Items whose packaging boxes or seals have been opened or lost, or whose attached stickers or tags are missing.
  • Special clothing, personal-use items, and devices cannot be exchanged or returned after receipt, in order to protect your personal safety.
  • Medical chairs and beds after they have been received and assembled.
  • Products whose external appearance has been changed by the authorized agent, provided that the product has the same international barcode.

Order Cancellations

  • We may cancel certain products from an order if their expiry date is less than three months away, unless the customer agrees to accept them.
  • If you wish to return any product within the specified period and in accordance with the stated terms and conditions, the order value will be refunded only after the returned products have been received by the shipping company.
  • If an order that has already been shipped is cancelled before the customer receives it for any reason, the order value will be refunded only after the shipping company returns the order and our team receives it. The shipping charge will be deducted from the order value.
  • If a return request is approved, our customer-service staff will provide you with a shipping label. Please print it and deliver the parcel to the nearest branch of the designated service provider.
  • International orders cannot be returned once they have been shipped. They are destroyed if returned, and no amount will be refunded to the customer. If an international order is returned by the shipping company, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the order value in accordance with the shipping companies' policies.
  • If a paid domestic order is not received after we have shipped it, a SAR 35 return fee will be deducted from the amount, in addition to the order's shipping charge.
  • If health-related orders, beds, chairs, or equipment are not received for any reason not attributable to the service provider, SAR 500 will be deducted as a return fee.

Warranty for Devices and Equipment

After products have been installed and delivered, the authorized agent is responsible for providing warranty services for devices. Upon request, we will provide the customer with all contact details for the authorized warranty agents.

For devices, we are committed to providing the latest version of the same device model. Minor changes to appearance or design may occur without affecting the specifications or performance.
