Shipping policy

We ship and deliver throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, except for certain areas that are outside the delivery service area. Our shipping company delivers orders during business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday through Friday.

Shipping is available to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Bahrain. Please note that customs fees may be imposed, vary by country, and are charged by the customs authorities of the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility, and the shipping company will issue a customs declaration.

We work with several shipping companies, including SMSA, Aramex, DHL, and others.

Delivery of approved orders takes 1–3 business days in Riyadh and a maximum of 3–5 business days in other cities in the Kingdom.

Delivery to all Gulf countries takes 4–7 business days.

When are orders approved?

Orders paid by credit card or mada are considered approved orders and are reviewed and shipped directly.

Delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control during holidays, official occasions, or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping and delivery costs for all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

If the order value is less than SAR 299, shipping to all cities in the Kingdom costs SAR 25.

If the order value is more than SAR 299, shipping to all cities in the Kingdom is free.

Shipping and delivery costs to Gulf countries vary by country.

Cash on delivery is not available for certain products because of their sensitive nature and their special reservation and transportation requirements.

International shipments are subject to customs fees imposed by customs authorities. These fees vary by country and are not included in the delivery charges.
